Suffocated
I feel trapped
Hard to breathe but I keep gasping
Hard to motivate myself to breathe but I force myself to
I’m trapped
I can’t loosen the grip
I try to let go and others let go of me
I feel ashamed
The life is being strangled out of me
My breaths are becoming shallow
I don’t want to struggle
But I don’t want to die
My pain won’t die
And my happiness is suffocating
